Job Description

Godwin Formwork Solutions is a leading company in the concrete formwork, shoring, and construction accessories & supply business. With headquarters in Oklahoma City and offices in Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, and Springdale, we are expanding our national presence. We are currently seeking qualified Outside Sales Representatives to join our team and grow with us.   • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals.
  • Assess local market conditions to identify current and potential sales opportunities.
  • Develop monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Complete necessary documents in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Dodge Reports to prepare customer bids, proposals, change orders, etc.
  • Familiarity with construction designs and specifications.
  • Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Network to enhance the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and participate in other marketing opportunities.
  • Achieve sales goals and metrics.
  • Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters regarding effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about competing markets and provide reports on market movements and penetration.

    • Skills:

    • Proven construction sales experience preferred.
    • Adequate knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
    • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
    • Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.
    • Comfortable using technology and software applications in day-to-day activities.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Results-driven and customer-focused.

    Experience:

    • Construction Sales: 2 years (Required)
    • Concrete background: 2 years (Required)
    • Sales: 2 years (Required)
